1. What is BangBazaar?
BangBazaar is an online shopping store offering trendy, useful, and affordable products. We focus on quality, convenience, and customer satisfaction across India.
2. Do you deliver all over India?
Yes, we deliver to most locations across India. Delivery time may vary depending on your pin code.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 working days after dispatch.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all available products and pin codes.
Online payment options will be added very soon, and we will update customers once available.
5. How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, we will share a tracking link via SMS or Email.
You can track your package in real-time using the link.
6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos/video.
We will replace the item or resolve the issue promptly.
8. How are refunds processed?
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or Bank Transfer after the returned item is inspected.
Refunds usually take 5–7 business days to reflect after approval.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may return the product after delivery if it meets return conditions.
